Will Bonita Springs in their decision making process give any weight to the negative effect that this would have on all the amenities of Pelican Landing and the use thereof by additional residents. Pelican Landing already has restrictions on the number of people that can use an amenity and adding more residents would dilute the property rights of existing residents. Beware, Pelican Landing residents vote and we expect Bonita Springs to recognize the fiduciary duty to the individual residents of Pelican Landing when making any decisions based only upon the request of a devloper..
