  1. HOW THE BOARD OPERATES THE PLCA IS A CONCERN TO ALL. WHETHER OR NOT YOU PLAY TENNIS, THE DEFICIENCIES IN PLCA BOARD’S MANAGEMENT OF THE TENNIS AMENITY IS GENERIC TO EVERYTHING ELSE THE PLCA BOARD DOES. THE LINK BELOW IS THE RESIDENTS RESPONSE TO THE TASK FORCE REPORT.

THE RESIDENT TENNIS STUDY GROUPS’ REPORT GETS AN “A” FOR A REPORT THAT IS A CONCISE, OBJECTIVE EVALUATION OF THE FACTS THAT INDICATE HOW THE PLCA IS MANAGED AND IDENTIFIES THE PROBLEMS AND PROPOSES SOLUTIONS

THE BOARDS’ TENNIS TASK FORCE REPORT GETS AN “F” FOR A REPORT THAT IS A MEANDERING SUBJECTIVE EVALUATION THAT MISREPRESENTS THE FACTS, AND AVOIDS IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEMS, WITH OPINIONS AND CONCLUSIONS THAT LACK ANY FACTUAL SUPPORT.

CONCLUSION; THE BOARD AND THE GENERAL MANAGERS PERFORMANCE ARE INSEPARABLE AND BOTH ARE LACKING THE NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE BUT THEIR PERFORMANCE IN THE LAST FEW YEARS HAS ILLUSTRATED THAT THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR THEIR POSITIONS. CHANGE THE BOARD AND THE MANAGER WILL CHANGE, AND SO WILL THE CHARACTER AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PLCA BOARD. NOW, ALL WE NEED ARE QUALIFIED (AS THERE ARE MANY) AND WILLING ( NOT SO MANY) TO TAKE ON THAT RESPONSIBILITY.
